User agreement
The present User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates relations between "RusKor" (hereinafter referred to as "RusKor" or the Administration) on the one part and user of the website on the other part.

Rights and obligations of the parties.
The user is entitled to:
- Search for information on the website sproskor.ru;
- Obtain information on the website;
- Disseminate information on the website;
- Comment content posted on the website;
- Copy information to other websites, indicating the source;
- Demand that the website administration should conceal any information submitted to the website by the user;
- Use information from the website for one’s own non-commercial purposes.
Administration of the website is entitled to:
- create, amend and renounce rules at its discretion and upon necessity;
- restrict access to any information on the website sproskor.ru;
- create, amend and delete information.
The user undertakes to:
- ensure veracity of the submitted information;
- avoid disrupting functionality of the website;
- avoid using scripts (software) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the website and its services.
The Administration undertakes to:
- maintain functionality of the website, except for cases, when it is not possible for reasons, which do not depend upon the Administration.
Responsibility of the parties:
- the user incurs complete responsibility for the information he/she disseminates;
- Administration does not incur any responsibility for services offered by third parties;
- in case of a force-majeure situation (military operations, a state of emergency, a natural disaster, etc.), Administration does not guarantee intactness of the information posted by the user, as well as smooth operation of the information resource.
Terms of the Agreement’s validity:
- The present Agreement comes into effect, whenever this website is used, regardless of how it is used sproskor.ru.
- The present Agreement loses its effect upon issue of its new version.
- The Administration reserves the right to amend the present Agreement unilaterally at its discretion.
- The Administration does not inform the user about amendments of the Agreement.
